I have glued some flat clear plastic (like that used in blister packages)
to the back and then glued another layer of fabric backing, then finished
the edge with a bead border. I want to add a picot lace edging, but dread
having to count the beads, divide evenly and then keep count as I add the border...
I didn't think about placing contrasting color beads into the finishing row to
set the pattern...
The base is Primo translucent mixed with some violet. The knotwork is Primo black. |

Here is the finished peice. I decided not to add any picot lace edging. I'll try that with another round piece later. |
