Martha is someone with whom our family lived during the early 80's. We had moved into a community house run by our church when we had lost our own home. Martha was the "Kitchen Steward", aka: Chief Cook and Bottle-washer...=) This is an example of one of my quick pencil portraits, it took about 20 minutes or so.
