"Trinity"

Trinity The base is Primo black. The knotwork is a marble of Fimo Soft metalic green and Primo cad yellow.

 

detail of edge I finished the edge with another row of yellow matte beads. I decided not to add any fringe or picot edging.

 

finished back and hanging bead detail Back view and detail of hanging bead. The bead is a simple cylander bead made of polymer clay and the embelishment is from a mold taken from an antique button from among my grandmother's things.

 

finished piece And here is the finished necklace. My friend pointed out that I had chosen accent beads which echoed the triangular shape of the knotwork... I hadn't really thought about it consciously, I just picked the ones I liked! Click the thumbnail to see a larger version.
